Who we are
Pathwaves Connect was founded to improve the health outcomes of children, families, and communities through education, training, engagement, and collaboration.
We use science and evidence to guide us as we help individuals and organizations develop tailored action steps to answer the questions “what’s next?" or “what can I do?” when their reach may feel limited.
Programs and initiatives serve individuals, families, and communities through a multi-sector approach, reaching those who receive direct services, those who provide them, and the organizations that implement programs.
